Trump Tapes Spark Physical Altercation Between Tom Arnold, Mark Burnett and Roma Downey

Tom Arnold And Mark Burnett Get into Altercation

Tomorrow evening Tom Arnold’s new show on Viceland, “The Hunt for the Trump Tapes,” will premier, likely to a chagrin of producer Mark Burnett. According to Arnold, Burnett, who produced the Apprentice, allegedly has tapes of Mr. Trump making racist and bigoted statements during the show’s filming.

Last night, tensions between the two men seemed to boil over, as they both converged on a pre-Emmy fundraiser for the Motion Picture Television Fund in Century Park. At approximately 9:30 p.m., as the two men made their way into the event, a shoving match reportedly took place, in which Tom Arnold claims he was choked by Mr. Burnett.

“Mark Burnett just went apeshit & choked me at this huge Emmy party then he ran away with his torn Pink shirt & missing gold chain. I’m waiting for LAPD,” Arnold tweeted last night, soon after the incident took place.

Burnett’s wife, Roma Downey, chimed in shortly after, alleging that her hand was bruised in the altercation.

Hill Reporter reached out to Mr. Arnold regarding Downey’s post. Arnold claims that the bruise was already on her hand and that he didn’t even see Downey until after the incident began.

“Roma is bullshit. I didn’t even see her when the swinging started after I got kung fu grip off my throat. That bruise is from her last tv show,” Mr. Arnold told us.

Arnold also claims that there was a fourth person, filmmaker Bryan Fogel, who witnessed the entire ordeal and started to filmed it before Downey knocked his phone from his hand. We asked Arnold if he expects Fogel to speak out on the incident.

“Bryan will…has to talk,” Arnold replied.

There is little doubt that Arnold has gotten under the skin of Mark Burnett with his tweets and requests for the alleged Trump Tapes over the last several months. Whether that was enough to cause Burnett to start this physical altercation with Arnold, is yet to be seen. If Fogel really did witness the incident, Arnold will certainly have the upper hand in any sort of lawsuit which may arise.
