Donald Trump’s “American Freedom Tour” has been derailed by New York Attorney General Letitia James.
Trump and his opening lineup of MAGA sycophants have canceled their scheduled appearances Friday in Greensboro, North Carolina, because he has to sit for a deposition along with his older son Donald Trump, Jr, and his main adult daughter, Ivanka. This is the same case where Eric Trump invoked the Fifth Amendment over 500 times, so it’ll be interesting to see if any of them can beat his record.
The tour (which doesn’t seem to have any other purpose than to continue Trump’s eternal MAGA grift) had announced appearances by Trump, Trump Jr., Jr’s girlfriend/dealer Kimberly “Kimmy Golddigger” Guilfoyle, former New York state judge Jeanine “Box o Wine” Pirro, and political commentator Dinesh “2000 Mules Pooped On My BS Movie” D’Souza. Instead of offering refunds or publicizing that the event would no longer take place Friday, the American Freedom Tour just removed it from its website, although they at least emailed the grifted ticketholders. “We are very sorry that due to unforeseen circumstances we are rescheduling the American Freedom Tour stop in Greensboro, NC,” an emailed reply stated. “Your ticket may be used at any American Freedom Tour event in America.”
CANCELED: Trump rally in NC due to “unforeseen circumstances”. Trump, Trump Jr. & Ivanka ordered to testify to Leticia James’ office on Friday. Tickets were sold up to $3,995. No refunds are available, they can be used on Aug. 20 in Milwaukee, WI.

Tickets for the event initially sold for $9 to $3,955, but the only other scheduled tour date is August 20th in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Sure, that’s the same as getting a full refund on $4,000 because MAGA people in North Carolina would love nothing more than to spend even more money on the gas they’d need for a round-trip drive to Wisconsin just to watch an old addled orange loser do this.

Anyway, suckers, have a nice drive. I’ll be enjoying hearing about the depositions happening at the same time as Steve Bannon’s trial.
