When Donald Trump became President, he brought his daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner along for the ride. Despite their complete lack of political experience, they were given important jobs in the administration.

Both Kushner and Ivanka Trump spoke to the January 6th committee about the days leading up to the insurrection. And clips from their interviews were played last night. This morning, Trump raged over comments made by his favorite child.
During the clip, Ivanka Trump was asked about her father’s claims that the election was rigged. She told the committee, “It affected my perspective. I respect Attorney General Barr so I accepted what he said.”

Trump took to Truth Social Friday morning, writing, “Ivanka Trump was not involved in looking at, or studying, Election results. She had long since checked out and was, in my opinion, only trying to be respectful to Bill Barr and his position as Attorney General (he sucked!).”
