Trump, Pence Attended CPAC — Where An Attendee Tested Positive For Coronavirus
The Trump Administration has done all it can to lessen the public’s fears about coronavirus, only to have outbreak after outbreak and death after death reported. Trump has even gone so far as to say that the whole thing is a hoax, thus escalating the danger to the nation and world.
Well, they might not be laughing for long. It seems that President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence attended the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), where an attendee is said to have tested positive for the virus.
Further, there have been two reported cases at AIPAC, a separate conference where two-thirds of members of Congress attended.
And yet the Trump Administration remains unprepared to deal with what is quickly become a deadly pandemic. Think about it: Most members of Congress are quite elderly, and some of them have health problems. Those are just the types of people who would be at risk for death, should they contract the coronavirus.
CPAC issued the following tweet regarding the situation, but neither they nor AIPAC altered their plans to hold the conferences. Things went on as usual.

At the end of the day, it seems that Trump and his team believe that if they put out propaganda and lies to the masses about this crisis, things just might smooth over and it might all go away. After all, that is how Trump has been dealing with crises since he rode down that golden escalator at Trump Tower and announced his candidacy for the presidency.
However, no screams of “HOAX” and “FAKE NEWS” will help him — or any of us — this time.
It is clear that the Trump Administration is woefully unprepared here, and now it seems that elected officials are getting caught up as well.
