Trump Jr’s Fiancee Kimberly Guilfoyle Clashes With Jan 6th Select Committee During Interview

The House Select Committee investigating the January 6th Capitol Attack met with Kimberly Guilfoyle on Friday, but the interview quickly derailed as Guilfoyle’s attorney seemed to manufacture a reason to cut the meeting short.
Guilfoyle, a former Fox News personality who worked for former Donald Trump’s reelection campaign and is engaged to his son, Donald Trump Jr., is one of the closest associates of the Trump family to appear before the panel for closed-door testimony. Guilfoyle spoke at the rally held by Trump near the White House that preceded the riot at the Capitol, but she is best remembered for her “unhinged” performance at the virtual Republican National Committee in 2020.

news: A tense confrontation between the House select committee and Kimberly Guilfoyle unfolded privately on Friday morning, with Guilfoyle and her lawyers abruptly ending her conversation with the committee over concerns about its ground rules, according to 4 people familiar..

Guilfoyle tweeted a statement from her lawyer, Joseph Tacopina, Friday morning confirming she spoke with the committee. But the statement said members of the panel broke the terms of their agreement, which was to have only staff lawyers present for the interview. “Ms. Guilfoyle, under threat of subpoena, agreed to meet exclusively with counsel for the select committee in a good faith effort to provide true and relevant evidence,” the statement said. “However, upon Ms. Guilfoyle’s attendance, the committee revealed its untrustworthiness, as members notorious for leaking information appeared. Then, while counsel briefly halted the meeting to address the matter, our concerns about the presence of the committee’s members were validated, as the committee within less than two minutes leaked news of the break to the news media.”

Tacopina singled out Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and “multiple other members” for what he called “a brazen attempt to publicize an obviously baseless investigation” and alleged the members’ “only real interest was to sandbag our client and use today’s interview as a political weapon against President Trump and those who support him.”
Don Jr.'s girlfriend @kimguilfoyle fled a January 6th Committee meeting when she was asked if she was willing to tell the truth…NOT even put under oath, just ASKED if she'd be willing to tell the truth.

Guilfoyle had appeared at CPAC in Florida only a day earlier, where she kept pushing the Trump agenda.

Twitter users saw through the excuses to not sit for the Committee, and let Guilfoyle (and her fiance) know it.

The J6 committee had just two questions for Kim Guilfoyle:
1) Don Jr? Really?
2) Can we see the seditious conspiracy dance?
