Of Donald Trump’s 5 children, Tiffany is certainly the least prominent. His fourth child, who he had with Marla Maples, recently graduated from Georgetown Law School. While she attends some events, she is not involved in day to day operations like Don Jr., Eric or Ivanka Trump.
The president, however, does not like people talking about any of his family members. In August of 2019, Trump fired Director of Oval Office Operations, Madeleine Westerhout for disparaging Tiffany. It seems, though, that Westerhout is back in the president’s good graces after writing a book that effusively praised him.
Trump tweeted this morning:
“Great new book by former Director of Oval Office Operations, Madeleine Westerhout, entitled “Off the Record”. When I look at all of the Fake Books and garbage written about me, it’s really nice to see a very smart and already wise young woman write an honest depiction of what went on at the White House during some extremely interesting and important times. So many good stories by someone who, unlike most other so called writers, was actually there, and a part of the action – of which there was plenty. Go buy this book, a job well done!”
This comes almost a year to the day that Trump had to fire Westerhaut. He wrote at the time, “While Madeleine Westerhout has a fully enforceable confidentiality agreement, she is a very good person and I don’t think there would ever be reason to use it. She called me yesterday to apologize, had a bad night. I fully understood and forgave her! I love Tiffany, doing great.”
Isnt this the girl you fired from the WH last yr bc she said certain things about Tiffany? And then you were freaking out she might write a critical book? Clearly the deal made was she could write one as long as all inside was positive. Pass! Boring!
