President Donald Trump is still riding high on what he believes was a very successful summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. The 45th POTUS on Tuesday sent out a tweet that claims the meeting saved the United States from war with the hostile country.
Following the #TrumpKimSummit, the POTUS said North Korea was prepared to back down from its nuclear arms race. Since that time, satellite imagery has shown that Kim Jong Un is actually increasing his country’s nuclear capabilities at various secret locations.
Many good conversations with North Korea-it is going well! In the meantime, no Rocket Launches or Nuclear Testing in 8 months. All of Asia is thrilled. Only the Opposition Party, which includes the Fake News, is complaining. If not for me, we would now be at War with North Korea!

Like many of Trump’s tweets that came before, the President offered absolutely zero proof that North Korea was preparing to engage in battle with the United States before his meeting, much which occurred behind closed doors.
In fact, it was after that meeting during a press conference that the President himself was unable to provide any real timetables or firm commitments both sides had agreed to honor.
Trump has focused much of his North Korea talking points around a dismantled nuclear testing site. The removal of that site was already planned because the site had become unstable.
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will soon return North Korea this week to continue nuclear talks. There is also talk of a second summit between the two leaders which could occur in New York City.
