After Josh Shapiro gave a rousing speech at the Democratic National Convention last night, an angry Donald Trump took to Truth Social to attack him.
Shapiro, an electrifying speaker, was considered to be Kamala Harris' running mate, but the position went to Tim Walz. Still, Pennsylvania is an enormously important state for the Democrats in the looming election, and Shapiro will do everything he can to help the party take the state home.
After Shapiro made a high-profile speech at the DNC on Wednesday night and Trump rapidly responded, writing:
"The highly overrated Jewish Governor of the Great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Josh Shapiro, made a really bad and poorly delivery speech talking about freedom and fight for Comrade Kamala Harris for President, yet she hates Israel and will do nothing but make its journey through the complexities of survival as difficult as possible, hoping in the end it will fail."
Trump continues to attack Jewish people for their lack of support for him, writing "Shapiro, for strictly political reasons, refused to acknowledge that I am the best friend that Israel, and the Jewish people, ever had. I have done more for Israel than any person, and its not even close.
He closed, "Shapiro has done nothing for Israel and never will. Comrade Kamala Harris, the Radical Left Marxist who stole the nomination from Crooked Joe, will do even less. Israel is in BIG trouble!
