It doesn’t look like Donald Trump will be running for major office again until 2024. But due to his fragile ego, Trump is often desperate to get in front of his adoring fans.It is different nowadays, though, as Trump can now try to make some money off of his popularity. That was the thinking behind his current speaking tour with Bill O’Reilly. Unfortunately for the former president, it doesn’t look like there are many supporters willing to pay to see him. Last week’s events in Florida were sparsely attended and things didn’t look much better in Texas on Saturday.
According to the Houston Chronicle:
“Top sections were blocked off, and there were still plenty of seats available at the event’s scheduled start time. Last weekend the duo had two stops in Florida … Media reports in Florida reported the tour had been beset by lower than expected ticket sales.”
Five minutes before tipoff and this what it looks like around the arena as Trump and O’Reilly prepare to take the stage. Top sections are blocked off. Kind of looking like a Houston Texans crowd. Lots of room to spread out. pic.twitter.com/6edIj19d3B

Luckily, for Trump’s ego, there was bad weather in Texas tonight. And that rough weather delayed the former president’s appearance by two hours. So, at least for tonight, he will have a built-in excuse for the lousy attendance.
