Steve Doocy Begs Fox & Friends Viewers to Get Vaccinated, Brian Kilmeade Pushes Back

The delta variant of COVID-19 is still out there and surging in red states. Still many conservative media outlets are more interested in fighting the culture was than talking about the virus. And when they do talk about vaccinations, some of the personalities sow doubt about the shot.

There was a perfect example of this during Monday’s broadcast of Fox and Friends. Discussing the variant, host Steve Doocy strongly urged viewers to get inoculated. Co-host Brian Kilmeade, however, couldn’t help but push back.

Doocy told viewers, “99% of the people who died have not been vaccinated. What they are trying to do is make sure that all of the people who have not been vaccinated get vaccinated.”

The host continued, “Unfortunately, and this is one of the reasons apparently that  and the administration came out last week, the Joe Biden administration is very frustrated. They have not been able to get Facebook to get rid of some of the disinformation. The disinformation is online. The vaccine is killing lots and lots of people. Or it changes your D.N.A. Or their little microchips. None of that is true.”

Kilmeade, though couldn’t help but sow doubt. He told viewers, “Make your own decision. It’s available to everyone. We are not doctors.”
