In the months before the election in 2020, Donald Trump held a rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma. COVID-19 was still raging, but the former president ignored the advice of doctors and held the event anyway. Trump ended up being humiliated as around 5,000 people showed up.
Last night, Trump and disgraced Conservative host Bill O’Reilly held an event in Sunrise, Florida. Just like the Tulsa rally, the show was a flop. In fact, so few people showed up that sections of the stadium had to be shut down.
There had been rumors of very low ticket sales for the tour. O’Reilly called these rumors, ‘bullsh*t.” But the proof was in the pudding last night. The Sun Sentinel reports that the upper levels of the stadium were shut down. People who have paid for the upper bowl tickets were told that their seats had be ‘upgraded.’

Trump, not surprisingly, boasted days before the event. He released a statement which read, “See you in Sunrise, FL, in a little while and tomorrow, Orlando. Big crowds!” – President Donald J. Trump.” For this night at least, that boast was far from true.
