Last week, right-wing pastor and radio host Robert Jeffress broke with his brethren when he declared that there are no valid religious exemptions to getting vaccinated against COVID-19. Even evangelical preacher Franklin Graham has also urged his followers to get inoculated. Predictably, that sent ripples through conspiracy theorist circles, and on Tuesday, self-proclaimed “prophet” and former firefighter Mark Taylor accused Jeffress, Graham, and whoever else agrees with them of enabling a global takeover of the Illuminati and of hastening the “depopulization” of our species.
It sure is fun to watch all this, especially when Taylor’s brilliant response is… to quote the Bible. The self-owns just never stop.
“What is going on with all the jabs right now? We all have done our research right now, okay?” Taylor proclaimed on right-wing commentator Chris McDonald’s Tuesday Night Spiritual Smackdown on McDonald’s podcast, The McFiles Show.
“We’ve all done our research. We all know the chemicals, the different things that are in there that are designed to literally take life away from people. Your body and my body are the temple of the Holy Spirit, right? So let’s – let’s let’s let’s let’s – flip over to 1st Corinthians 6, 19 through 20, okay? So I’m gonna read this real quick. It says, ‘do you now know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who’s in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own, you are bought without a price, therefore, honor God with your body,’ right?”
Angrily, Taylor continued his rant, which consisted of defining biblical terms with the words themselves (which is not how definitions work).
“When you take the jab, you are not honoring God’s temple; you are corrupting it. What does it mean to defile the temple of God? It means to corrupt or pollute it. You are corrupting or polluting your body with chemicals, with toxins, with all these different things designed for the New World Order to literally kill off mankind for ‘depopulization [sic],” Taylor said.
“So, I don’t know what, and they’re, even some pastors, including Franklin Graham, I don’t mind calling him out, I don’t care, and there’s been maybe a couple of others that have said this, that if Jesus was here, that he would even take the jab. Chris, I’m sorry brother, they don’t serve the same Jesus I do, because Jesus would never corrupt or pollute his temple,” Taylor seethed.
“You know what my Jesus would do?” Taylor posited, “My Jesus that I serve would rebuke that disease and turn around and heal it. He wouldn’t use the vaccine to do it. That’s the difference. I don’t know what Jesus these guys are serving, brother, but it’s not the same one me and you serve. So I’m sorry. People can get mad at me all they want to. The fact of the matter is, they don’t care – they are following Illuminati cabal New World Order agenda is what they’re doing.”
Speaking of facts, there have been no reported cases of coronavirus that have been cured through prayer, because it is impossible.
