Right-Wing Propagandist Says Unvaccinated Americans are Being Treated Worse Than Racial Segregation

Conservative bellyaching over their aversions to coronavirus vaccines is becoming too ridiculous to compute. On Wednesday, David Brody, the host of The Water Cooler on the right-wing propaganda network Real America’s Voice, delivered an insane soliloquy in which he proclaimed that Americans who refuse to get vaccinated against COVID-19 are being “treated like lepers” and “second class citizens” and that ostracising them is the equivalent to racial segregation.

“We are at a critical juncture in America. As each day goes by, the vaccine mandates increase. The government – both federal, state, and local – is in the role of the bully. They are telling you they are just doing it for the safety of you and others. But what about for freedom’s sake?” Brody posited.

“What’s more important? I’m gonna go with freedom. Patrick Henry once famously said, ‘give me liberty or give me death’ when standing up to British rule. Well, in this day in America we are moving toward government bondage yet again. The unvaccinated in this country will now be considered second-class citizens in the workplace and in society wherever they go. It’s playing out before our eyes,” he whined.

“What are you gonna do about it?” Brody asked his viewers. “In France and other countries they’re taking to the streets saying, ‘enough is enough, we’re done with your vaccine mandates. We’re done with the fear. We’re done with the government-knows-best control. We’re done with following the science when the science doesn’t even make sense half the time, and I dunno about you but I’m sick of it.'”

Brody expanded his complaint to include the latest guidelines on masks that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released on Tuesday.

“Kids in masks; vaccinated people now back to wearing masks; the unvaccinated seen as the lepers of society. Folks, it is time for a serious movement to stop this tyrannical nonsense,” he said, in spite of the fact that the government is not forcing anyone to be inoculated against their will.

“No violence, mind you. Please, no violence,” Brody pled. “But it’s time for the powers that be to hear our voices, kind of like this scene from the movie, Network.”

The segment ended with a clip of Sydney Lumet’s legendary rant from the classic film:

I want you to get up now I want all of you to get up out of your chairs. I want you to get up right now and go to the window, open it, and stick your head out and yell, ‘I’m as mad as Hell and I’m not gonna take this anymore!’

Brody proudly shared his temper tantrum on Twitter for all to see.
