Report: Pence to Respond to Trump’s Election Smears in Upcoming Speech

After he lost the election in November of 2020, he blamed everyone but himself. And one of his main targets was his running-mate, Mike Pence. The attacks on Pence were so intense that the former Vice President was being hunted down by rioters during the Capitol attacks.

And Trump has kept up the heat on Pence since he’s been out of office. The former President has continued to maintain that Pence could have turned the election results for him. According to the Huffington Post, Pence plans on responding to those claims this weekend.

S.V. Date writes, “Pence had already been scheduled to speak at the conservative Federalist Society’s conference in Florida, and advisers have indicated in recent days that he is likely to respond there to Trump’s latest attacks.”
