QAnon Leader Claims She Can Time Travel And Has Seen a ‘Future Retribution’ For Democrats

When President Joe Biden was inaugurated on January 20, QAnon supporters were distraught, because they were promised that it would never happen. For some, it was the final straw, but others, who have spent years devoted to the cult’s conspiracy theories, need something to hold onto. Cue the online grifters who might seem crazy to believe any of the circular explanations about the world instead of just accepting reality, but they’re definitely still smart enough to take advantage of the fear of others.

One example is QAnon ‘leader’ Terpsichore Maras-Lindeman, who has promised her followers that “retribution is coming” for what she says was the stolen 2020 election. She also claims Donald Trump will be reinstated into office and has pushed other ludicrous claims, according to a damning profile by VICE.

After months of building a network of groups in all 50 states and growing her subscriber base on Twitch, Maras-Lindeman, who streams under the name Tore Says, has raked in tens of thousands of dollars, even convincing her subscriber base to donate over $80,000, so she could buy a new Tesla. She also claims she can “time travel” and is whipping her thousands of followers into a frenzy, asking them to carry out a plot to oust elected officials in the U.S. and replace them with QAnon followers.

Fringe figures like Maras-Lindeman have succeeded in carving out a niche that’s proving to be highly lucrative, grifting other Trump supporters while keeping them riled up. It’s a tactic they’ve learned from their own Dear Leader. Able to leverage the widespread lie that Trump’s election loss was somehow orchestrated by shadowy figures and companies tied to the Democrats, they’ve taken advantage of the ‘Big Lie’ that has taken hold within the mainstream Republican Party. Having ties in Congress only lends more legitimacy to any new lie they construct.
