Picture of Masculinity Tucker Carlson Says People Who Listen to Public Health Officials are Delicate and Effeminate

Joe Biden’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic has been a rousing success. The president once hoped to vaccinate 100 people in his first 100 days. The country is now averaging over 2 million shots a day. And cases have been on a serious decline in nearly every state.

Still, the hosts of Fox News see fit to bash Biden and everyone involved in the effort on a daily basis. Last night Tucker Carlson decided to attack people who dare listen to public health officials.

The host began, “In March of last year, the leadership of the United States and of China both declared national emergencies. In the U.S., Tony Fauci warned congress that reopening American business could cause, quote, ‘coronavirus outbreaks the government may not be able to control.’ Going outside, Tony Fauci said, was just too risky.”

Carlson continued:

“Meanwhile, in China, where the coronavirus originated, a top adviser to the Chinese government declared that the country was experiencing a very different kind of threat, a more profound threat.┬áThe problem he said, was a national masculinity crisis. Chinese boys, quote, have been spoiled by housewives and female teachers, and they were becoming as a result, quote, ‘delicate, timid and effeminate.’ In essence, they were becoming people who might listen to someone like Tony Fauci. Left unchecked, said the Chinese government advisor, the feminization of Chinese boys would, quote, ‘inevitably endanger the survival and development of the Chinese nation.'”
