Nancy Mace Mocks Biden For Not Working An Hour Before He Feeds Hostages

Nancy Mace posted an insult to Joe Biden on X Thursday morning but was left with egg on her face rapidly after news broke of Joe Biden's deal to free two Russian hostages.

When Nancy Mace was first elected into the House of Representatives, she presented herself as a moderate in a time when there weren't too many of them. But like almost all elected Republicans, she quickly traded in her word and her dignity to curry favor with Donald Trump.

Republican attempts to campaign against Kamala Harris have gone incredibly poorly so far. So Mace decided that rather than talking about the potential future president, she'd instead focus on the current one. She wrote on Twitter, "Biden is MIA. Why is no one talking about it?"

While Mace was left humiliated, that has become something pretty typical for Republican lawmakers who attempt to defend Trump.

Much more troubling for Republicans was the fact that Putin was able to conduct a prisoner swap that benefits American Democrats. David Frum of the Atlantic thought that the Russian President was clearly showing that he belives that Trump is losing momentum, writing:

"Looks as if Putin has abruptly lost confidence that Trump will win in November. Locking in his hostage-taking payoff early."
