Major League Baseball set off a controversy when it announced it would be moving the 2021 All-Star Game out of Atlanta in the wake of outrage over suppressive new voting laws in Georgia. Companies based in the state from Coca-Cola to Delta Airlines have made announcements in support of voter’s rights, which has led to calls for boycotts from conservatives who ironically often cry foul at anything that resembles “cancel culture”. Many baseball fans on the right ironically vowed to stop watching the game literally dubbed “America’s pastime”, not realizing they were helping to perpetuate the racism behind the new voting laws.
It was announced on Tuesday that MLB had found a new home for the All-Star Game at Coors Field in Denver, a city in a Blue state where voters aren’t faced with restrictions such as not being able to drink water on the line while waiting to vote. Reactions varied from fans relieved the game was still on to conservatives whining about the liberal-leaning location, doubling down on their boycott.
One member of the Republican Party is staying oddly silent about the new location, despite previously being quite vocal about the game being moved out of Georgia. Freshman Rep. Lauren Boebert (Q-Colorado) had plenty to say when her fellow members of the GQP were complaining about the “woke mob” ruining the game, but now that the issue has been literally brought to her backyard, Boebert doesn’t seem to care.
Where is the tweet of injustice and anti 'cancel culture' from Lauren Boebert now that MLB has moved the All-Star game to Colorado?

Boebert had tweeted about the move earlier in the week, saying “MLB caved to the woke mob based on a false narrative and announced it is moving the All-Star Game and Draft out of Atlanta. Yet, somehow MLB thinks it’s ok to play games in Cuba and funnel to a corrupt government that murders its own people and denies basic human rights.”

As of late Tuesday afternoon, Boebert had yet to comment on the move or tell her constituents that the game is not welcome in her state, because she was too busy criticizing President Biden.
Hey Lauren exciting news about the All Star game coming to Denver potential gain to Colorado $100 million. Comments?
