Mike Johnson Is Not Happy About Last Supper Presentation During the Olympics

Mike Johnson angrily took to Twitter on Saturday to complain about a drag queen representation of the Last Supper during the Olympic's opening ceremonies.

You don't hear much from Mike Johnson these days. Congress hasn't seemed to pass many bills during his time as Speaker. and Donald Trump has currently sucked up any media attention that was going to go towards the GOP.

Johnson, though, will immediately come out of the woodwork if he believes that his Christian faith is being attacked. And the Speaker was quite angry after the Last Supper was shown to include drag queens during the opening ceremonies in Paris.

The Louisiana Republican began his message, "Last night’s mockery of the Last Supper was shocking and insulting to Christian people around the world who watched the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games.."

Johnson would continue, "The war on our faith and traditional values knows no bounds today. But we know that truth and virtue will always prevail. 'The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.' (John 1:5)"

Not surprisingly, Marjorie Taylor Greene was also irate over the ceremony. She wrote on X, "The French Olympic Committee has been hard at work taking down videos of their satanic, trans, and occult opening ceremonies claiming copyright laws. It’s our first amendment right to share these videos and our outright outrage over the anti-Christian Olympic opening ceremonies."
