Mike and Karen Pence Plan on Attending Fundraiser Hosted by QAnon Believers
Adam Kinzinger said QAnon is a fabrication. Liz Cheney said that the group participates in dangerous lunacy. Unlike those two, those, most Republicans are willing to ignore the craziness of QAnon if it benefits them.
It seems like Mike Pence is willing to take the same tact as Trump. That is, as long as there’s some money flowing to the campaign. According to the Associated Press, the Pence’s will soon attend a fundraiser hosted by QAnon backers.
The Montana couple holding the event, Caryn and Michael Borland, have not been shy about sharing QAnon memes on social media.
“Vice President Pence and top officials from the Trump campaign are slated to attend a Montana fundraiser hosted by a couple who have expressed support for the QAnon conspiracy theory, according to an invitation obtained by AP and social media postings.” https://t.co/E62eDKqIcC

The Pence’s won’t be the only Republican power players at the event. Brian Slodysko and Michael Kunzelman write that other guests will include, “Kimberly Guilfoyle, a top Trump fundraising official who is dating Donald Trump Jr., GOP chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, Republican National Committee finance chairman Todd Ricketts and RNC co-chairman Tommy Hicks Jr.”
Pence was recently asked about the QAnon movement and replied, “I don’t know anything about QAnon, and I dismiss it out of hand.’
