Michele Bachmann Accuses Satan of Stealing Her Vote

Former Republican Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Bachmann believes that Satan stole her vote in the 2020 election because there is no possible way that President Donald Trump lost the race to President-Elect Joe Biden.

“From the political point of view, from the legal point of view, from the moral point of view, America is not on board with Joe Biden as the next president of the United States. We’re not there,” Bachmann screamed at a “Wallbangers” rally at Salem Baptist Church in Dalton, Georgia last Friday.

The event was part of a weekend-long conservative effort to get out the vote for Georgia’s GOP Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, who both face tough runoff contests in January.

“And the reason why we’re not there is because we’re not that dumb in the United States because we know, without a shadow of a doubt, this man did not get the votes on election night. It didn’t happen,” the former lawmaker continued. “Donald Trump got the votes on election night. So, why would we be like drones, chumps, and fools to go along with this?”

Trump was shellacked by Biden in both the Electoral College (306-232) and in the national popular vote (81,282,903-74,223,030).

But to irrelevant right-wing extremists like Bachmann, Biden’s victory is proof that the devil has meddled with democracy:

When the clock was striking 11:59:59 on the 400th anniversary of this gift of God to the world, this idea of voting for the people and the laws that you live under that we take for granted, that’s exactly what Satan was snatching away from America rule by the consent of the governed, in other words, stealing from us our right to vote. I am highly offended, insulted, angry, and I’m not going to stand for the fact that my vote was stolen!

Bachmann was referring to the November 3, 1620 Charter of New England, which granted settlers the right to establish and manage trade for the colonies that had been founded by subjects of King James I of England.

The Charter never functioned as a governing document for the United States as we know it today.

Colonists in New England voluntarily surrendered their short-lived priviliges back to the Crown in 1635:
