Michael Avenatti has made no secret of his desire to bring the Trump administration to its knees. From Trump’s attempts to silence Stormy Daniels about their affair to his administration’s decision to separate children from their parents, Avenatti has stood up for various different groups of people. Now, the attorney says he would consider working with Trump’s former personal lawyer, Michael Cohen.
During an interview on The Beat With Ari Melber Avenatti said if Cohen “‘was prepared to do the right thing’, I would ‘absolutely consider’ representing him.”
“‘Michael Cohen and I had a chance to converse’ we had ‘a very positive meeting'” Avenatti revealed.
Avenatti believes representing Cohen could help turn states evidence which would allow for an “effort to disclose information and bring truth to the American people.”
Michael didn’t stop there, noting, “I think it would send quite the message” to Donald Trump.
We don’t know if Avenatti will end up representing Michael Cohen but it’s an interesting prospect.
