Melania Trump is Launching an NFT Series to Help Pay For ‘Be Best’

For decades, each incoming First Lady has chose a charitable endeavor that they felt passionately about. Nancy Reagan the Just Say No campaign, focused on drug use. Let’s Move was Michelle Obama’s charity, aiming to improve the  physical health of children. For Melania Trump, hilariously considering her husband, it was bullying.

The Be Best campaign that Melania championed never really got off the ground. It didn’t seem to be that serious a venture. And the literature supporting Be Best looked to be plagiarized.

Still, considering how badly the effort crashed and burned, Trump is still working on it. The former First Lady recently announced an NFT series meant to fund the campaign.

Trump tweeted this morning, “Excited for this new venture, which combines my passion for art and commitment to helping our Nation’s children fulfill their own unique American Dream.”

The attached press release reads in part, “I am proud to announce my new NFT endeavor, which embodies my passion for the arts, and will support my ongoing commitment to children through my Be Best initiative. Through this new technology-based platform, we will provide children computer science skills, including programming and software development, to thrive after they age out of the foster community.”
