MeidasTouch To Air TV Ad Targeting Traitors Who Incited Capitol Insurrection…#ConvictThem

“#ConvictThem” to Air Nationwide and Locally in Texas, Missouri

LOS ANGELES, CA — Today MeidasTouch, a leading progressive Super PAC, launched a six-figure TV buy behind their new video ad targeting the leaders who incited the deadly insurrection on the Capitol.

The ad, titled “#ConvictThem”, puts a spotlight on the criminal rhetoric of Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, Mo Brooks, and other leaders who incited the violent riots at the Capitol. It airs nationwide today and tomorrow on CNN and Fox News on Tuesday, as well as local Missouri and Texas channels statewide on Tuesday.

Reacting to the release of the hard-hitting ad, Brett Meiselas, one of the founders of the PAC, remarked:

“The white supremacist mob that committed a murderous assault on our Capitol last week wasn’t created out of thin air.  It was aided, abetted, and incited by not only Donald Trump, but his cheerleaders in Congress, including Mo Brooks, Josh Hawley, and Ted Cruz.

Our powerful ad puts a spotlight on the galling ways that the speakers at the so-called ‘Save America’ rally on January 6th incited a crowd to commit violence against America’s elected and democratic process, simply because their candidate did not win the election.

These traitors who incited domestic terrorism at our Capitol must be held accountable for their insurrection. We will not stop until they are charged for their criminality and exorcised from public life.”

The ad is a continuation of the group’s campaign targeting elected officials and candidates who incited the deadly insurrection.
