Marjorie Taylor Greene Compares Trump to Jesus During Vegas Campaign Rally [VIDEO]

Donald Trump has the support of his MAGA base, and history has proven that he will likely never lose the support of these voters. To win a national election, though, Trump will also need the support of people in the middle.

One might think that Trump could target those voters by campaigning with surrogates who appeal to them. Instead, he regularly chooses to bring the most extreme Republican lawmakers on stage with him, like Marjorie Taylor Greene. And the Georgia congresswoman didn't surprise anyone when she tried to paint Trump as the second coming.

Greene first attempted to appeal to the MAGA crowd in Vegas by using coarse language. "It is bullsh*t," she said of Trump's recent felony conviction, "and you want to know something? We aren't going to tolerate it."

The Georgia lawmaker continued, "The Democrats and the fake news media want to constantly talk about, oh, President Trump is a convicted felon. Well, you want to know something? The man that I worship is also a convicted felon, and he was murdered on a Roman cross."

Greene closed her rant by saying, "We have seen this throughout history. This is nothing new. It's just the first time in American history we have been forced to deal with it."
