President Trump Defends Himself By Using Daughter-In-Law’s Fox News Appearance
President Donald Trump is now attempting to defend his own actions by quoting family members who appear on Fox News. Trump’s newest tweet arrived on Thursday morning when he quoted Lara Trump’s appearance on Sean Hannity’s show.
During her appearance, Lara Trump, the President’s daughter-in-law, claimed Democrats were afraid of her father-in-law which explained why Congress was widening their investigation into Trump’s criminal wrongdoing.
Following Lara Trump’s appearance Trump sent out the following tweet:
“Democrats are frantic to throw something else at the President. That’s why you saw those 81 subpoenas. It’s ridiculous. Just because your still upset over an election that happened 2 1/2 years ago, you should not be allowed to ruin people’s lives like this.” Lara Trump, @FoxNews

Here’s the Fox News appearance that led to Trump’s tweet:
The House Judiciary Committee has doubled down on attempts to find additional criminal activities carried out by the Trump clan. On March 4 the committee requested documents from Trump family members, Trump’s business associates, and the Trump administration.
Documents must be turned over by March 18 to avoid subpoenas being issued by the committee.
