Laura Ingraham: When GOPer's Chanted 'Lock Her Up It Was Fun But When Dems Do It, It's Mean

During her Tuesday night show, Laura Ingraham attempted to argue that when Republicans chanted "lock her up," it was fun, but when Democrats do it, it is an attack.

The second they made Donald Trump their candidate for President, the GOP lost the ability to present itself as the classier party. The 45th President has impacted the party's behavior in so many ways. Still, the hosts of Fox News have to try and paint Trump's actions as humorous.

Laura Ingraham was incensed that attendees of the DNC chanted "lock him up" about Donald Trump. She told viewers on Tuesday, "What they are really committed to doing is punishing Donald Trump and all of his followers."

Then the Fox host came up with a really strange way to defend Donald Trump, saying, "Now I remember the 'Lock Her Up' chants, they made a big deal of that at the Trump rallies in 2016."

Knowing that the reasoning behind her claims was ridiculous, Ingraham continued, "And whatever you think, it seemed to me that they were kind of chanted all in good fun. But these people, these people are serious. Now they aren't here to work with Republicans. They want to crush Republicans."
