Laura Ingraham Thinks Colorado Trump Decision Will Usher In More Lock-Downs [VIDEO]

During her Wednesday night show, Laura Ingraham suggested that the Colorado ballot ruling was a ploy to drive Republican into more civil unrest.

Donald Trump incited an insurrection on January 6th 2021. As a result, the state of Colorado has determined that the former President can't appear on their ballots in 2024. There is no need for a conspiracy theory, Trump incited an insurrection and is therefore, ineligible to appear on the ballot.

Laura Ingraham, though, thinks something far more nefarious is going on. She told her viewers on Wednesday night, "Now at this point, given what we are seeing in the courts, at the DOJ, and even in state A.G. offices, and given Democrats’ ‘Trump is Hitler’ rhetoric, is it not logical, at least to consider, maybe even to assume, that some on the left are hoping to spark some type of civil unrest here?"

The Fox host continued, "Now remember, the left loved the lockdowns, they loved the 2020 riots, and they even loved the weapon that January 6th gave them, and of course, they really, really love the idea of universal mail-in, or even internet, voting."

The conspiracy theory then brought in former GOP Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich to back her theory. He told the Conservative audience, "The American people are not going to tolerate being told that they are not allowed to have a choice for who they want to have as president. This is not Venezuela, it’s not Nicaragua, it’s not Cuba, and I think the Democrats are dangerously close to causing the kind of confrontation that would be truly disastrous for the country."
