Fox News commentator Laura Ingraham is at it again, with her derogatory comments toward immigrants and those individuals of the non-white demographic.
Back in June, Ingraham took heat for comparing President Trump’s immigration detainment camps for children to “summer camps”. Last night on her Fox News show, The Ingraham Angle, she offered up comments which appeared to attack the changing racial demographics in America today.
As seen in the video below, Ingraham went on a racist rant, claiming:
“In some parts of the country, it does seem like the America that we know and love doesn’t exist anymore. Massive demographic changes have been foisted upon the American people, and they are changes that none of us ever voted for, and most of us don’t like.”
“From Virginia to California, we see stark examples of how radically, in some ways, the country’s changed. Much of this is related to both illegal and — in some cases — legal immigration that, of course, progressives love.”
America has always been considered a melting pot, and our forefathers never intended to bar immigrants of certain “demographics”, so these claims by Ingraham are at the very least misinformed, if not blatantly racist.
The statements have caused outrage by those on both the left and the right, while her defenders claim that in speaking about American demographics, it doesn’t necessarily imply she’s referring to individuals of certain races. You decide for yourself.
