Kyle Rittenhouse got a second chance at life. His lawyer had advised him to stay out of the limelight and try to live a normal existence. Instead, the teen has embraced his celebrity within the Conservative world.

Now, Rittenhouse wants to go after the people that he thinks have defamed him. The teen recently tweeted that he is inspired to sue people by the Johnny Depp verdict.
Rittenhouse posted on social media, “I have a new announcement coming soon about my defamation cases, keep an eye on Fox News and TMAP.org for more this week. Johnny Depp trial is fueling me, you can fight back against the lies in the media and you should.”

TMAP, which stands for The Media Accountability Project is website set up by Rittenhouse to solicit donations from his supporters. His chances of winning any kind of lawsuit are slim. David Shuster, a former MSNBC host, explained, “The courts have long established that calling somebody a ‘murderer’ is an opinion + a legal right, even after the person is found ‘not guilty.’ At that point, one can still call them a murderer, just not a ‘convicted murderer.’ Nobody has called Rittenhouse that. He has no case.”
