Kamala Harris Is Now Outpolling Donald Trump Nationwide [COMMENTARY]

Vice President Kamala Harris is officially outpacing Donald Trump in new nationwide polling.

The VP has defied expectations in just two weeks and now has built a 51%-48% lead over Trump, according to the latest NPR/PBS News/Marist poll.

That's a 4-point leap from when VP Harris got into the race after President Joe Biden stepped aside.

The VP also has a 3-point lead (48%-45%) when third-party choices are included.

The survey was conducted from Thursday through Sunday, before VP Harris picked Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her vice-presidential running mate. The numbers for the next poll should show a huge jump considering his amazing popularity versus the negative numbers his opponent is putting up.

The new poll indicates the surge is fueled by Black women and other voters of color, followed by white women with college degrees, and women who identify as political independents.

The Vice President is doing 20 to 30 points better with them than when her candidacy was announced, leading to improvement in the critical suburban white voter demographic.

This is the kind of "woke math" that scares MAGA, who are being forced to watch the slow-moving trainwreck that is the Trump/Vance campaign fully going off the rails.

VP Harris is winning across all age, race, and gender demographics. Most interestingly, respondents were 20 points more likely to say Trump would beat Joe Biden before he dropped out (59%-39%). Now, they’re split (48%-48%).

If Kamala gets the expected Taylor Swift endorsement she teased last night on her Instagram, those numbers are going to get even worse for Trump.
