Joe Biden Rips Georgia’s Corrupt, ‘Confused’ Republican Senators

President-Elect Joe Biden traveled to Georgia on Tuesday to campaign for Democratic Senate Candidates John Ossoff and Reverend Raphael Warnock, both of whom are hoping to unseat incumbent Republicans David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler – respectively – in January’s runoff elections.

Biden was in a jubilant mood.

“Thank you for standing strong to make sure your voices were heard, and that your votes were counted, and counted, and counted again. I’m starting to feel like I won Georgia three times,” Biden joked, referring to Georgia’s three recounts, all of which resulted in him winning the state. “I have to say, it feels pretty good.”

Biden nuked President Donald Trump for his potentially criminal attempts to strongarm Georgia’s governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, and secretary of state into usurping the will of the voters so that he could steal Biden’s victory.

“You know, I think all of you just taught Donald Trump a lesson. In this election, Georgia wasn’t going to be bullied. Georgia wasn’t going to be silenced. Georgia certainly wasn’t going to stand by and let Donald Trump or the state of Texas or anyone else come in here and toss out your votes,” said Biden.

Biden then lasered in on Loeffler and Perdue, who like many within the GOP kowtowed to Trump’s election scam by pledging their support to the asinine lawsuit filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton – and seventeen other state attorneys general – asking the United States Supreme Court to invalidate Biden’s wins in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The 6-3 majority right-wing Court unanimously rejected the case.

“But you know, you know who didn’t stand by? You know who did nothing while Trump, Texas, and others were trying to wipe out every single one of the almost five million votes you had cast here in Georgia in November? Your two Republican Senators. They stood by,” Biden charged.

“In fact, your two Republican Senators fully embraced what Texas was telling the Supreme Court. They fully embraced nullifying nearly 5 million Georgia votes. You might wanna remember that come January 5. I’ll try to be generous here in the spirit of the season,” Biden quipped.

“Maybe your Senators were just confused. Maybe they think they represent Texas. Well if you wanna do the bidding of Texas, you should be running in Texas, not in Georgia,” the president-elect added. “Because you know what? You got a couple of folks running for the United States Senate in this state who aren’t confused at all. John Ossoff; Raphael Warnock; they’re running to represent Georgia, Georgia.”

Thirty-six days until the inauguration.
