At one point, Jeanine Pirro was a prominent judge and political candidate in New York City. Today she works for Fox News and seems solely focused on defending Donald Trump. No matter what he says or how he is criticized, Pirro is always in the corner of the 45th President.
Last night, the former judge attempted to drag Robert De Niro, claiming that Donald Trump has done more for New York than he has, but she was rapidly fact checked.
After De Niro posted a video blasting Trump, who is wildly unpopular in New York City, saying, "We New Yorkers used to tolerate him when he was just another crappy real-estate hustler masquerading as a big shot. I love this city. I don't want to destroy it. Donald Trump wants to destroy not only the city, but the country.
Pirro began a rant: "You know, my question for Robert De Niro is, what have you done for New York City, Robert De Niro? What have you done? Is there a building with your name on it? Have you built skyscrapers? Has the skyline of New York changed because of all your vision?"
Michelle Kinney from the Lincoln Project wrote back, "Robert De Niro co-founded Tribeca Film Festival to rebuild and revitalize Tribeca and lower Manhattan after the entire area was decimated on September 11 you absolute fcking bozos."
