Fox News host “Judge” Jeanine Pirro was ripped apart by a guest on Saturday evening for toeing the conservative network’s ongoing false narrative about immigration policies in the United States.
Pirro was complaining that President Joe Biden has been allowing migrants to pour across the southern border – a common lie promulgated by right-wing pundits and Republican lawmakers.
Following a back-and-forth with immigration attorney David Leopold about statistics on migrant children kept in cages in which Pirro blamed ex-President Barack Obama for his successors family separation policy, Leopold scolded Pirro for her predictable, albeit frustrating, deflection.
“Jeanine, just because you say my numbers are wrong, doesn’t mean they’re wrong,” Leopold said. “And you wanna talk about cruelty?…” he continued until he was interrupted by an irate Pirro.
“No, they’re facts. These are the facts,” she snarled.
“They’re not facts, Jeanine,” Leopold replied.
“Very few things I’d hear on this on this show tonight have been facts,” he explained. “You said tonight that the border is ‘open.’ That’s not true.”

Pirro then suggested that immigrants are not coming to the US for a better life and instead of part of a vast conspiracy – led by Biden – to spread COVID-19.
Leopold replied that since retaking control of the federal government last November, Biden and the Democrats have been working tirelessly to clean up the messes left behind by former President Donald Trump’s disastrous term.
“Republicans don’t want the American people to think about” the American Recovery Plan Act of 2021, Leopold added.
“President Biden kept his promise,” Leopold said. “He’s putting COVID relief out there. He’s making America better. He’s making America great again.”
Pirro lost her mind when Leopold invoked Trump’s signature catchphrase.
“I’m stopping you right there,” Pirro shouted. “I don’t tolerate lies on my shows. He’s bringing COVID into this country after Americans weren’t allowed to go to work, go to church, visit families, or go to funerals, and now he’s bringing in a whole pandemic in the middle of a pandemic.”
At that point, Pirro decided that she had had enough and ended the interview.
“David Leopold, thanks for being here, and thanks for nothing,” she said. “Thank you.”
