Ivanka and Jared Buy $30 Million “Billionaire Bunker” in Florida Amid NY Investigations
The Trump family is facing serious indictments in New York State, and once Donald Trump leaves office, there is nothing protecting anyone named Trump from Tish James and her team. While Trump can attempt to federally pardon everyone connected to him, nothing he does will protect either himself or his three main adult children when it comes to being charged at the state level.
The Trump Organization is currently being sued in a potential “invoice-padding scheme” that involves properties owned by the family of Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump’s husband. Eric Trump has already been deposed but invoked his Fifth Amendment rights throughout. But Ms. James is ready to move forward with several other investigations once the Trump administration officially ends on January 20, 2021.

While her father keeps denying he lost the election, Ivanka was giving testimony about his inauguration in a civil suit where Melania Trump has also been called to testify. Legal experts have opined both Trump women might cut immunity deals for themselves as their time in the White House is rapidly coming to an end. But Ivanka is ultimately her father’s daughter when it comes to optics, and right now she’s playing the role of a happy wife getting ready to move into a new home.
Now my family will be impressed. Two days ago, I told them that Jared and Ivanka would be buying a hugely expensive home in Florida. Crooks always do that when they face lawsuits. Florida has a law that prevents seizure of a home, no matter how expensive. https://t.co/JXDP1PWJT6

The New York Post’s Page Six revealed on Wednesday that they had exclusively learned the Kushners have purchased a new home in Florida nicknamed the “Billionaire’s Bunker”, a $30 million-plus lot of land on Miami’s exclusive and high-security Indian Creek Island. Current and former residents of Indian Creek island include singer Julio Iglesias, billionaire Carl Icahn, former Philadelphia Eagles owner Norman Braman, former Miami Dolphins coach Don Shula, supermodel Adriana Lima, hedge funder Eddie Lampert and billionaire Jeff Soffer. The private, guarded and gated Indian Creek Island is also one of the most secure places in Florida, as it boasts a 13-man police force for just 29 residences.
The Kushners’ personal finances have often come under scrutiny as they both have benefitted from overt nepotism on the American taxpayers’ dime. Even as the Trumps continue to divert attention to Hunter Biden, Jared and Ivanka have made millions off of the presidency.
Jared and Ivanka are buying a $30 million piece of property on a private island in Florida. That ain't gonna pay for itself, Trumpers. Keep the donations flowing!
