It Would be Insane to Erase Him: Lap-Dog Lindsey Continues Trump Love Fest

Lindsey Graham appeared on Sean Hannity’s show last night and continued his one-sided love affair with Donald Trump.

The GOP leaders of the house and senate have treated the Donald Trump problem very differently. Kevin McCarthy and Republican congresspeople are still completely on the Trump train. They have given the former president complete power and are working on punishing Liz Cheney for him. The members of the senate, led by Mitch McConnell, are attempting to move on without him.
There is one senator, though, who talks about Trump on a near daily basis. Lindsey Graham again gushed about the former guy during an appearance on Sean Hannity’s show.
He told the Fox host, “The most popular Republican in American — it’s not Lindsey Graham, is not Liz Cheney, it’s Donald Trump. People on our side of the aisle believe that Trump policies worked. They’re disappointed that he lost.”

The South Carolina senator continued:
“To try to erase Donald Trump from the Republican party is insane. And the people who try to erase him are going to wind up getting erased. It’s impossible for this party to move forward without President Trump being its leader, because the people who are conservatives have chosen him as their leader. And you know why they chose him? Because he delivered.”
What is was that Trump delivered is certainly up for debate. The one legislative accomplishment he had was a massive tax cut for the wealthy. The second time he ran for president he did so with basically no agenda or policy aims.
