Ignoring Texas’ Abortion Law, Ted Cruz Tweets out “YourBodyYourChoice” Saluting Anti-Vax NBA Players

Ted Cruz really likes getting into arguments over Twitter. He likes it so much, in fact, that one may wonder when he ever gets the time to do his actual job.

And Ted Cruz normally hates the ‘woke’ players from the NBA. He got into a lengthy Twitter beef with Mark Cuban last year which ended with the Dallas Maverick’s owner telling him he was “full sh*t.”

But this week, the Controversial Republican decided to salute a number of NBA players because they are refusing to get vaccinated against COVID-19.

Cruz tweeted, “I stand with Kyrie Irving. I stand with Andrew Wiggins. I stand with Bradley Beal. I stand with Jonathan Isaac.” He posted at the bottom of the message #yourbodyyourchoice.

These players stand out as an anomaly in the NBA. More than 90% of the leagues players have been vaccinated with a number of teams being fully vaxxed.

And many Twitter users were quick to slam Cruz for the hashtag at the bottom of the page. Cruz has dedicated much of his career to preventing women from making choices about their bodies.
