On election night, Donald Trump thought he had won reelection. But then the red mirage started to disappear, mail in ballots were counted. At the end of the day, Joe Biden won the electoral college by the same margin Trump had and tallied over 7 million more votes.

Trump, of course, counted accept the defeat. So he dispatched personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani to contest the results. The former New York City mayor went on a humiliating election fraud tour that turned up nothing. And the lies Giuliani and Trump told, says one Pennsylvania elections official, caused him to have two heart attacks.
James Savage, is a voting machine warehouse custodian in Delaware County. He has filed a lawsuit against the two men, claiming they assassinated his character.
The suit reads in part, “Despite knowing the impossibility of such claims and/or insinuations, [Trump and his supporters] spread, reposted, and disseminated these outrageously defamatory claims and/or insinuations. Subjecting him [Savage] to threats of physical violence, and causing [him] to suffer … two heart attacks.”
The claim continues, “As a result of the Defendants’ knowingly false statements, Mr. Savage and his family have been the target of threats and intimidation, including at his place of work and/or his home.”
