George Conway Says Anonymous Trump Admin Leaker Is Coming Forward
Back in 2018, the New York Times published an op-ed from an anonymous person within the Trump Administration. This individual said that they are working within the administration to control and prevent President Donald Trump’s worst impulses from being carried out. The individual promised to reveal their identity before the 2020 election. That time is now.
A person within the Trump Administration, going by the appellation ‘Anonymous,’ wrote in an op-ed that things inside the White House are worse than anyone on the outside knows, but that there’s a significant resistance movement within the administration, working to keep Trump from acting on his most destructive and dangerous plans.
This was followed by a book, titled A Warning, in which this anonymous individual went on to tell more of their concerns, saying, “Donald Trump’s behavior is not tolerable and is often embarrassing.” The person also did a Reddit AMA — an “Ask Me Anything” session. Here, they admitted they’d made a mistake in thinking that Trump could be limited sufficiently by a secret inside resistance.
I was dead wrong. No one can thwart his attraction to wrongdoing. Americans cannot and should not rely on a group of unelected bureaucrats to maintain stability.
One particularly important thing the individual said was that their own identity would be revealed before the 2020 election — which is now less than a week away.
George Conway, a Republican whose resistance has not been in secret, announced Wednesday that he has had a conversation with ‘Anonymous’ and that there will be important revelations coming very soon.
I had an amazing conversation this morning with … Anonymous.
Anonymous is a true patriot.
We'll all be hearing a lot more from this person very, very soon.https://t.co/M8CgEc8hAT
