George Conway Destroys Mike Pence and Mark Meadows for Boarding Donald Trump’s Treason Train

Lincoln Project co-founder George Conway tore into Vice President Mike Pence and White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows over the weekend for kowtowing to President Donald Trump’s election coup, a seditious scheme which has garnered the support of 140 House Republicans and 14 GOP United States Senators.

On Saturday, Marc Short, the vice president’s chief of staff, said in a statement that the soon-to-be-former veep is encouraging lawmakers to challenge the congressional certification of President-Elect Joe Biden’s Electoral College victory this coming Wednesday.

“Vice President Pence shares the concerns of millions of Americans about voter fraud and irregularities in the last election,” said Short. “The Vice President welcomes the efforts of members of the House and Senate to use the authority they have under the law to raise objections and bring forward evidence before the Congress and the American people on January 6th.”

In just eleven words, Conway perfectly summed up Pence’s decision to climb aboard the treason train.

“Pathetic. Weak. Spineless. Shameless. Shameful. Disgraceful. Deplorable. Unprincipled. Mendacious. Reprehensible. Despicable,” Conway tweeted.

Later that evening, Meadows, a former GOP member of Congress and fierce Trump ally, wrote on Twitter that it is “time to fight back” against the non-existent voter fraud that Republicans are exploiting in their bid to overthrow the democratically-elected government (but not their own elections, mind you).

“We’re now at well over 100 House members and a dozen Senators ready to stand up for election integrity and object to certification,” wrote Meadows. “It’s time to fight back.”

Conway’s clap back was merciless.

“You’re a moron and a disgrace,” he replied to Meadows on Sunday.

Nothing further need be said.
