Fox News Has Promoted Kayleigh McEnany and She Will Now Host Outnumbered
Donald Trump’s former press secretaries have experienced different levels of success since leaving the White House. Sean Spicer has an embarrassing turn on Dancing With the Stars before hosting his own show on Newsmax.
Sarah Huckabee Sanders wrote a book after leaving the White House and became a pundit for Fox News. She will also attempt to become the next governor of Arkansas.
And Kayleigh McEnany, like Sanders, was hired by Fox News to become a talking head. But now she’ll be more than that. McEnany has been promoted and will now be one of the hosts of Outnumbered.
According to Mediaite, “Fox News announced in a press release that McEnany will serve as co-host for the Fox News daytime show Outnumbered. McEnany will join co-hosts Harris Faulkner and Emily Compagno, along with two rotating guest panelists, for the daily talk show.”
Suzanne Scott, the CEO of Fox, said, “Kayleigh’s unique background in politics and law coupled with her experiences confronting women’s health challenges and life as a new mom will add robust insight to Outnumbered — we are delighted to welcome her back to FOX News where she began her media career.”
It was rumored that McEnany would be joining the network after Donald Trump was voted out of the White House. But that hiring was put on pause following the January 6th insurrection on the Capitol building. Since then, though, Fox News has taken an even harder turn to the Right and the former Press Secretary will fit right in.
