Former Trump Staffer Claims He Kissed Her Without Her Consent

Shortly before he was elected president, a number of women accused Donald Trump of sexual misconduct. Trump was able to weather that storm, become president, and have the claims subside.

The Washington Post is reporting that a new woman has come forward to accuse the president of inappropriate behavior. Former staffer, Alva Johnson, has filed a lawsuit that alleges that Trump kissed her without her consent.

Johnson claims that Trump kissed her on the lips during a small meeting of supporters in Florida. She says of the incident, “I immediately felt violated because I wasn’t expecting it or wanting it. I can still see his lips coming straight for my face.”

While Johnson contacted a lawyer two months later, he refused to take her case. She has now hired lawyer, Hassan Zavareei, to move forward with the lawsuit.

The White House is denying the charges. Press Secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, says the allegation is, “absurd on its face. This never happened and is directly contradicted by multiple highly credible eye witness accounts.”

According to Sanders, those witnesses are another staffer and former Florida Attorney General, Pam Bondi. Bondi claims, “I’m a prosecutor, and if I saw something inappropriate, I would have said something.”

Johnson has soured on the president she formerly supported. She claims to have been emboldened by the #metoo movement and angered by Trump’s family separation policy. Her lawyer, Hasaan Zavareei, says, “Ms. Johnson’s family stands firmly behind her pursuit of justice against Donald Trump for the sexual assaults he has committed against Ms. Johnson and so many other women over the course of decades.”
