Former Prosecutor Kirschner Predicts That Trump Will Soon Face the Law
After breaking down some of the recent moves made by Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice, Glenn Kirschner guessed that Donald Trump could soon be facing the law.
Donald Trump has been down in Mar-a-Lago like he doesn’t have a problem in the world. The former president has been focused on keeping control of the Republican party and ousting anyone that disagrees with him.
In the real world, Trump is facing significant issues. There are investigations into the 45th president in New York, Georgia and on a federal level. In a video he posted to Twitter, the former prosecutor broke down the reasons Trump is in trouble.
Kirschner captioned the video, “Although it feels like justice is taking forever to come for Trump and company, here’s an important data point that suggests Merrick Garland’s DOJ is actually moving at a pretty good clip.
The legal pundit explained that the recent raid on Rudy Giuliani’s home wasn’t a good sign for Trump. Kirschner discussed Lisa Monaco, who was just confirmed to become the Deputy Attorney General in April. “It took just one week for her to approve the search warrants for Rudy Giuliani’s home and office,” he said. “That is pretty darned quick.”
The MSNBC contributor further pointed out, “This is ‘a really good indication’ that the Justice Department is about to make its move. It’s coming, folks. Justice is coming ― and justice matters.”
