President Donald Trump’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star, which was previously destroyed, has now been placed behind bars.

Street artist Plastic Jesus placed the star behind a set of bars meant to represent a jail cell. His work follows a July attack in which the Hollywood star belonging to the 45th POTUS was completely destroyed with a pickax.

“Today I put @realDonaldTrump behind bars,” the artist tweeted:

His work has gathered attention from people walking by and now he’s going viral.

The bars were glued down in place to the chagrin of at least one Donald Trump supporter.

“Although it was very quickly damaged by a Trump supporter trying to remove it the bars did appear to be stuck fast and were there several hours later ― to the amusement of thousands of passing tourists,” the artist told The Huffington Post.

The bars will likely be removed quickly but it will take some work. The artist says he used instant-drying “industrial strength double-sided sticky tape,” he told HuffPo.

The Hollywood Walk of Fame has become an unlikely protesting ground for Donald Trump. The President’s supported have clashed with protesters and there has been at least one violent attack at the location of Trump’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star.

In one of the funniest moments involving the President’s Hollywood Star, several “Russian Soldiers” showed up to protect the item.
