As President Trump continues to stumble through the first 100 days in office his assault on the poor and middle class continues. Red State Disaster noted today that Trump is targeting tax deductions for people living in the Blue States while providing estate tax cuts for his rich friends.
Nothing more perfectly sums up the President’s complete disconnect with the poor and middle class than his “Coke button.”
The “Coke Button” was first reported by the Associated Press and then tweeted by Julie Pace (@JpaceDS)
The report said:
“With the push of a red button placed on the Resolute Desk that presidents have used for decades, a White House butler soon arrived with a Coke for the president.”
The President’s “Coke button” had led to a flurry of responses from Twitter users.
Some users are making jokes.
Others wanted to know what the button used to be used for in the past.
Some Twitter users are just grateful that he replaced the “nuclear weapons” button.
Another Twitter user even raised the question about Donald Trump’s own derangement.
One Twitter user even had a new slogan for a female Democratic candidate in 2020.
While millions of Americans are at risk of losing their health care while paying higher taxes, Donald Trump is focused on a butler delivering his a Coca-Cola on demand.
Welcome to the Red State…
