Donald Trump Spent Wednesday Night Slamming his Lapdog Lindsey Graham

At one point, Lindsey Graham was a fierce critic of Donald Trump, but that was a long time ago. Over the past 4 years, the South Carolina senator has debased himself by supporting the 45th president no matter what.

But Donald Trump doesn’t value loyalty. Especially when a story comes out that paints him in a negative light. In Bob Woodward and Robert Costa’s new book, Peril, they note that Graham and Utah Senator Mike Lee thought there was little hope in contesting the 2020 election. Trump responded to this report on Wednesday by slamming Graham and Lee.

The former president said in an emailed statement, “I spent virtually no time with Senators Mike Lee of Utah, or Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, talking about the 2020 Presidential Election Scam or, as it is viewed by many, the ‘Crime of the Century.’ Lindsey and Mike should be ashamed of themselves for not putting up the fight necessary to win,.”

Trump continued, “Mike Lee, Lindsey Graham, and all of the other Republicans who were unwilling to fight for the Presidency of the United States, which would have included at least an additional four Republican Senators, two in Georgia, one in Michigan, one in Arizona, are letting the Democrats get away with the greatest Election Hoax in history—a total con job!”

Lee and Graham has yet to respond to he criticism from the leader of the GOP.
