Donald Trump has already been hinting that he plans to relaunch his presidential campaign for 2024, though there’s a lot of speculation that he’ll be too tied up with legal matters to do so. Now Lindsey Graham says that he expects Trump to run again, and win the 2024 Republican nomination, because he has “unfinished business.”

In November, a majority of America voters made it clear that they felt Trump’s “business” in the White House was quite complete, and voted him out. A smaller number of dissenters have tried to relitigate the election ever since, with hundreds of them actually being charged after they stormed the U.S. Capitol Building, threatening the lives of legislators, and trying to force the overturn of the election.
According to Graham, Trump (who continues to falsely claim that he won the election) also still feels a need to be in the White House, and will run again.

Graham also reiterates what much of his party has been saying all along: Trump is still the leader of the Republican Party, it is his party, and the majority of it will continue to support him, come what may.
Portions of the Republican Party have made it very clear they don’t want to be represented by, or associated with, Trump, but those who do so have faced repercussions from their own voters, threats of primary challenges, or their party.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump’s business and CFO have been indicted on allegations of a tax-cheating scam going back for years, and according to Salon, a witness has already given prosecutors testimony that implicates Trump himself directly.
