DNI John Ratcliffe: We’ll See If There’s A Biden Administration
As states certify their election results, they cement the next four years of America’s future: Joe Biden is the President-Elect. However, Donald Trump is still fighting these results, and many of his allies also refuse to publicly acknowledge that Joe Biden will be inaugurated on January 20th and become the next President of the United States.
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, in a role that should be nonpartisan, appears to be among these. Speaking to Fox News reporter Maria Bartiromo, he suggested that there is still a possibility that the election could be overturned and Joe Biden could be prevented from becoming President.

“Well, these election issues — we’ll see who is in what seats and whether there is a Biden administration.”
To be entirely clear, there are no election issues of any significant impact, other than Donald Trump’s refusal to accept the outcome, and his willingness to attack the integrity of the entire institution of U.S. elections, and the willingness of his sycophants to echo and endorse that message. As the Associated Press reported this weekend, more than 30 of his election challenges have already been thrown out of court, with the only win a minor one in Pennsylvania regarding deadlines for proof of identification.
Though the president and his legal team and Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany continue to wave sheaves of paper and declare them evidence, to date they’ve presented no evidence in court sufficient to win a single case — and Trump’s lawyers, including Rudy Giuliani, keep telling judges that they’re not alleging fraud at all — you can hear Giuliani tell a judge here, via Law & Crime, that the team is not alleging fraud.
