Onetime challenger for Nancy Pelosi’s House seat, DeAnna Lorraine now hosts on InfoWars. She’s also made a u-turn where former President Donald Trump is concerned, apparently no longer convinced he’s got a secret plan to retake the White House. She’s now actually very upset at the ex-president, who can’t stop demanding credit for the COVID-19 vaccines.
On her Telegram account Thursday evening, Lorraine, who has been banned from major social media sites after the January 6th insurrection attempt, complained that Trump taking credit for the vaccine and calling it a “beautiful shot” might encourage his supporters to be vaccinated.
She included a screenshot of Donald Trump Jr.’s Instagram post, seen below, in which he shares images of a statement from his father. The elder Trump declared in the release, “I hope everyone remembers when they’re getting the COVID-19 (often referred to as the China Virus) Vaccine, that if I wasn’t President, you wouldn’t be getting that beautiful “shot” for 5 years, at best, and probably wouldn’t be getting it at all.”
Lorraine has professed strong anti-vax sentiments, and opposed measures for limiting the spread of COVID-19. Last year she declared that masks were the Biblical “mark of the beast” — her reasoning being that the word “mask” and the word “mark” differ only by a single letter in their spelling.
In recent days, Lorraine’s previous support for Trump has begun to flag, with her recognizing last week, as the March 4th q-anon conspiracy theory date proclaimed as his return to office, passed without a military coup.
