Elon Musk, who apparently has learned how to impregnate women just by smirking near them or something, has been playing a coy game of cat-and-bird with everyone over whether or not he’s actually going to buy Twitter.
The last we were forced to pay attention to the somewhat sentient wax statue, Musk had dropped his bid, which led Twitter to kick up quite a fuss and sue him for not fulfilling their agreement. They also said Musk was “slow-walking” the whole deal to see if he’d outlast the issues he was having with Tesla. Personally, I think Twitter should drop this whole thing and ban Musk, because aside from all of the other terrible smarmy things about him, he’s been credibly accused of sexual assault, and a guy like that shouldn’t own Twitter. Now Musk, who has more than 100 million Twitter followers, has challenged Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal to a “public debate about the Twitter bot percentage” because when you’re all ego, you can make blanket demands like that. Also, when was the last time anyone accepted a debate challenge outside of a high school in a sitcom?
Twitter completely owned Musk in their suit, saying that “Musk invents representations Twitter never made and then tries to wield, selectively, the extensive confidential data Twitter provided him to conjure a breach of those purported representations. Yet Musk simultaneously and incoherently asserts that Twitter breached the merger agreement by stonewalling his information requests,” the social media company continued.
The tool Elon used to calculate bots on Twitter listed his account as a likely bot. https://t.co/gRKHZbl52J

I’m not sure why Musk is so paranoid about fake accounts, unless he’s concerned he got ripped off when he paid for his because they’re all terrible and fake. It just seems like an odd hill to die on when your other company is launching the phallic representation of what you wish you were blessed with naturally, but what do I know about mediocre white male billionaire mediocrity? Nope, we’re not overcompensating for anything here, right Elon?

Let me make it easy for you, Elon: there will always be bots on Twitter. You can still probably buy Truth Social for a cool $50K and the name of a good lawyer.
